This is the first post of our blog. We have created it so everyone can see how much fun their dog has while they are away having fun themselves!
Today I took 5 dogs up Diez Vista trail at Buntzen Lake. It was snowing which was bizarre for the end of march! I had a king, 2 princesses, a guard and a jester. The king was Kumar, a King Shepherd, the princesses were Tsuniah and Chilko a couple of adorable Golden Retreivers, the guard was Flecha, a classic Shepherd and the jester is Monty, our dog.
They had an absolute blast....a 3 1/2 hour adventure without seeing a leash once. It's Disneyland for dogs! The older 2, Monty and Tsuniah cruised with me mostly while the younger ones expended lots of energy running up and down the switchbacks with Chilko mostly in the lead. Kumar is so big he takes up the entire trail!
